A- ANRICO has recently purchased the rights to a slightly used 100,000 barrel a day refinery that will be reassembled east of Takoradi,This will be known as the NEW TEMA REFINERY.  OSPETRO, a Ghana based offshore drilling company has agreed to supply us crude  oil at a favorable rate.

B- A $7 million dollar docking facility will be built (2022) to house the off loading of crude oil to be refined and distributed in Ghana , Côte  D'Ivoire and possibly Burkina Faso.

C- ANRICO has an agreement ( We are the Licensor for all of africa) with a USA company that holds the technology for Diesel emulsification, which allows ANRICO to purchase low grade diesel with higher sulphur content and through a highly patented formula we are able to reduce the sulphur content and the emulsification process allows us to increase the diesel product by almost 100%, which the enhanced product burns cleaner, approximately 10% increased performance, along with longer lasting engine life. The Process is highly profitable for both ANRICO and each country we bring this technology to, inside of Africa, not too mention it will improve the air quality throughout Africa, removing the high sulphur content that causes the release of black smoke in the exhaust of vehicles throughout africa.

A- ANRICO has contracted to sell its emulsified diesel to nearly 200 gas stations throughout ghana. This diesel will be sold at slightly lower cost giving our downstream partners enhanced profits, while continuing to provide a healthy increase in our stock portfolio. 

1. ANRICO in conjunction with Richard Branson, line of Virgin companies will create the finest line of jewelry, using certified diamonds and gold, mixed with our direct access of an array of semi precious stones. This line of jewelry will be known as a subsidiary of ANRICO, or better known as VDG The Virgin Diamond Group. VDG will exclusively be featured on high end cruise lines, giving exclusive access to the world's finest line of jewelry at prices below average wholesale as we control the entire food chain, where we virtually have no middlemen.

2. Richard Branson is building a line of cruise ships which will feature the first kiosk of VDG. and we will also contract with Vikimg Cruise lines to implement kiosks on board their higher end cruises.

3.VDG will create the very first of its kind, where individuals can buy a virgin rough diamond, see the entire process via their smartphone, from the various aspects of the cutting and polishing to even where the diamond and semi precious stones where discovered ,along with the gold was  mined. At VDG we want the customer to feel connected to the miner who found it and VDG will donate 5% of our proceeds back to the miners family acknowledging that miner. The social responsibility and awareness that this platform will create, will have the power to change one miner's life on every sale of a piece of jewelry.

4. VDG will hold on board live auctions, featuring collections of some of the finest jewelry, that VDG has created, that had previously been worn by world celebrities, movie stars, professional athletes, presidents, and kings. 10% of the proceeds of each auction will go to combat child sex

trafficking and provide scholarships for underprivileged african youth.
