A-  ANRICO , has been offered 2 seperate government social housing projects (each 200,000 homes) at approximately $8.35 billion each.

The budget for each home is $41,750. We have partnered with a USA construction company that can mass produce sustainable housing for far less than this budgeted number. (pictures of the housing units)

B- ANRICO, Our housing factory, ($5 million dollar investment) has the ability to manufacture and produce 1000 units per month, additional factories can be created to keep up with the demand as acceptance grows for these new innovative housing structures.

C- ANRICO, because of our efficient technologies in creating sustainable housing, with the given budget we can create and develop not just housing structures, but also provide complete community developments where these social housing units will be privileged to have affordable energy, clean drinking water , paved roads, schools and  have centralized shopping and space for local churches for worship.

A- ANRICO has access to two new beachfront communities, one in Accra and another near Takaradi. The 32 acre parcel in Accra, will be a high rise planned unit community, mixed with high end commercial and upscale restaurants on the main floor, allowing residents access to all needed  facilities without ever leaving the secured 4000 unit complex. Access to beautiful white beaches, lined coconut trees with walking trails inner connecting each building complex, with each having its own unique sunbathing pool. This new development will become the hottest and most sought after real estate development in all of Accra, having its own private marina with direct access to the ocean. Berthing up to 70' Yachts and room for approximately 100 slips.

B- ANRICO has yet to conceptually create the master plan for the 200 acres beachfront community, but its main focus will be geared to cater to international tourism as the beaches are white and pristine, coconuts grow freely, the ocean water averages 80 degrees year round, the best time to visit Ghana is October through March. The beachfront development in Takoradi, will be the host of international cuisines, from Asian fusion to French bistro and even to good old  American hamburgers. Some of the best artists from all over Africa will be selected to present their art at local markets. Activities such as sailing, scuba, surfing and deep sea fishing will be offered.

C- ANRICO will work with the current administration for tourism development by obtaining favorable tax incentives for international investors, seeking to invest in Real Estate in Ghana, along with enjoying the benefits of an untapped tourism market.

A- ANRICO, has contracted with a small boutique hotel in Accra to remodel, adding 20 new rooms, a state-of-the-art conference center. A rooftop Restaurant and bar that will feature upcoming music artists, where each weekend will have dancing and live music. The newly renovated hotel will have a coffee shop, gym and Olympic size swimming pool which will also have a laser light show at night.

B- ANRICO will acquire the rights to an 18-story unfinished beachfront, high rise hotel, with structural engineers, and international designers create an award-winning Hotel along the beachfront of the Atlantic Ocean. This hotel will become the cornerstone of the new era of tourism in Ghana.

A- Anrico is in talks with one of the premiere existing beachfront resorts along the banks of the Atlantic Ocean. Obtaining the rights to take over the management and eventual ownership of this premier resort will add to the Anrico portfolio, a continuous stretch of beach front property: lined with coconut palm trees, bougainvillea archways and renowned international restaurants, meanwhile all enjoying unobstructed views of the blue Atlantic Ocean.  The beach in this sector will be graded and cleaned every day so that appears to be virgin untouched sand each day.
